About Our Aluminum Dust Collectors:

Metal particulate, or dust, can be extremely hazardous within a working space, because not only can it lead to health problems, but it can also be combustible, ignitable, and explosive, setting the stage for disaster without the proper precautions in place.

Our aluminum dust collection equipment uses a combination of air and water to capture and collect this metal dust, removing a major problem for modern industrial and manufacturing facilities. Within our systems, a stainless-steel, precision-balanced fan spins to agitate internal water while the metal particulate is drawn into the collector. This resulting dust and water mixture is then forced upwards in a “wave” motion via a series of baffles ensuring the dust is properly submerged. The final mixture produced by the aluminum dust collection system is then redirected to the collector sump where gravity forces the dust to settle.
